Welcome to Felicity & Co. - located on the beautiful West Coast of Canada. We pride ourselves on making amazing-looking pieces that blend art and functionality, turning heads wherever they go.

Payments

All orders, including custom pieces, must be fully paid in advance.

Through Paypal all major credit cards are accepted with or without a Paypal account.  E-transfers are also accepted.


Shipping

Production and shipping times are subject to volume of orders, but if there is going to be a significant delay you will be contacted. This does not include any delays caused by international customs. Any customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post/USPS/local mail carrier unless another method has been arranged in advance.

If a package is rejected / returned to sender, the buyer will be contacted to arrange for it to be re-shipped. If we haven't received a response from you within 10 business days, your item will be returned to inventory and no refund will be issued.

Please note that you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges (amounts will vary by country), even if your order is refused and sent back.


Refunds

Exchanges
All Felicity & Co products are either made to order or one-of-a-kind. For this reason, we cannot accommodate exchanges.


Cancellations
- If you choose to cancel your order within 24 hrs, your payment will be refunded in full.

- If you cancel your order between 24 and 48 hours, your payment will be refunded, minus 10% to cover administrative expenses (PayPal, bank fees, etc.).

- If you cancel your order between 48 and 72 hours, your payment will be refunded, minus 40% to cover any purchased materials and/or work completed.


- After 72 hours, you can no longer request that an order be cancelled and no refund options are available. However, if the order cannot be completed you will be notified and your payment will be returned to you right away.
 
Once your order has been shipped, refunds are only possible in certain Quality Assurance situations (see below)
 
Quality Assurance
While we take pride our work and stand by the quality of everything that is shipped out, sometimes problems do occur. If you've received a product that is flawed, please contact us for troubleshooting options. If we can't find a solution online you can ship it back to us for inspection, although the buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost.

Please note that these options apply only to items that are flawed at the time of delivery.

- If the item is found to be flawed but repairable, the repairs will be done at no cost and the item will be shipped back at Felicity & Co.'s expense.

- If the item is found to be flawed but cannot be fixed, a replacement will be constructed at no cost.

- If the item is found to be in full working order, the buyer is not eligible for a refund and the item can be shipped back to the buyer at their own expense.

- If the item has been modified in any way by the buyer, it cannot be sent back for repairs.

Expedited Orders - If you would like to receive your order faster than the standard 4-6 week processing time, please send me a message BEFORE making your purchase and request that your order be expedited.

If the request can be accommodated, there will be an additional fee:


Advance:
4 weeks processing time
[+25% of the order value.]

Express:
2 weeks processing time
[+50% of the order value.]

Priority:
1 week processing time
[+100% of the order value.]

Priority Plus:
1 week processing time + Overnight Shipping (North America only)
[+150% of the order value.]
